"Gatekeeping”—at least on social media—is the idea of keeping your favorite places and things close to the vest so they don’t become too popular. This newsletter asks: What’s the fun in that? Each volume features a different tastemaker sharing the items, shops, restaurants, and entertainment they swear by, plus insight from me (because I can't help myself). The goal is to feel like reading your favorite page in your favorite magazine—you know, that one where you can’t dog-ear enough things.
